Methodology:
I am always
careful to engage students to participate in the learning process. I am also
fair in marking and I respect the marking policies. One of my habits is to not
leave any misconceptions during my lecture and I do my best to urge students to
ask questions. An important thing that I always do; that is to allow students
exploit the fact that they should learn from their mistakes. In addition, I
have great respect for my students and I carefully follow up with them to make
sure they achieve their goals.
